This is the new generation 2018 Biltong machine which uses a heat plate attached to the lid and no longer has a light bulb fitting or diffuser. This is a purpose made injection moulded Polycarb food grade plastic biltong machine

This Biltong Maker has been made to be aesthetically attractive so that it can stand on your bar counter and you can be proud of your home made biltong!

If the optional drying racks are purchased this machine can also be used to dry fruit, herbs, flowers etc.
